How does the Free Account work?
No credit card is required. The Free Account allows a number of Drivers from 1 up to 10 and you can build Route Plans with up to 300 Orders. If you choose not to upgrade to a paying plan, your Free Account will expire after 15 days and your data will be deleted. With a Free Account, it is possible to export only the first 5 Stops of each Route.

What happens if I cancel my paying Account?
You can cancel your Account at any time. When you unsubscribe, you are not charged anymore but you are responsible for all charges incurred up until your cancellation. We do not prorate for partial months.

How does the Paying Subscription work?
Once you are signed in as a Free User, you can decide to upgrade to a paying account and choose a monthly or an annual plan for the number of Drivers you need. Then, at any time, you can upgrade, downgrade or simply unsubscribe and stop paying.

What does the limit “300 Orders per Route Plan” mean?
An optimized Route Plan is the smartest set of Routes to be used by a Fleet to serve a number of Orders. With a standard Account you can build Route Plans for up to 300 Orders, no matter how many Drivers you assign. This means that if you build routes for one Driver only, you can assign up to 300 stops to this Driver. In case of multi-vehicle planning, instead, 300 is the total number of Orders your Drivers can collectively serve. If you need to build larger Route Plans, contact us to get a quote.

What types of payments do you accept?
At this time we accept only PayPal. When you decide to upgrade, you are re-directed to the PayPal service to authorize the recurring payments with your existing PayPal account, or you can create a new PayPal account. This means we do not hold your credit card number. We also accept wire transfers but for annual plans only.

What Web Browsers work with Viamente?
Viamente is capable of managing large quantities of markers and polylines on online maps. For a smooth and fast experience we strongly recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome or Safari, but you can also use Firefox 4 (or higher) and Internet Explorer 9. Internet Explorer 8 is supported too, but we do not recommend it for large numbers of Orders.
