When you sign up and purchase a credits package, a full-featured VRP account is created for you. Your account is charged one credit per each location (i.e. an address or a latlong) you add to build a Route Plan. You can run unlimited optimizations and save any route plan online at no charge.

Frequently asked questions about pricing
I'd like to build an efficient Route Plan to service 83 Locations with 4 or 5 Vehicles. How many credits will I be charged?
Regardless the number of vehicles, you will be charged 83 credits for that Route Plan.

How many Vehicles and Locations can I optimize in one single Route Plan?
Accounts are limited by default to Route Plans up to 30 Vehicles and 500 Locations. If you need more, please contact us. For complex problems, we recommend using a modern browser ensuring the necessary speed in managing a large number of markers.

Am I charged if I modify my Route Plan?
No, unless you add more Locations or modify the address of any of the existing Locations.

  How much am I charged when I open a previously saved Route Plan and add one single Location?
You are charged one single credit. Note that if you remove a Location you are not charged, but if you then decide to re-import it you will be charged again.

Do small Accounts have limited functionalities?
No, all Accounts are full featured. Only the Free Trial is limited to 4 Vehicles and 24 Locations.

Am I charged to save my Route Plans online?
No, you are not charged to save your Route Plans online.

Is Signing Up a long term commitment?
Not at all. Purchasing a package of Credits is a one-time transaction.
